000 o2 readings

I'm trying o tune my new combo and when I let off of the throttle my o2 reading goes to 000 until I give it the gas again.My friend says this isnt normal. Someone on the forum said it is. Does anyone have a suggestion? My readings are normal until I let off of the throttle.

It's very typical, nothing to worry about.

As Eric said, it's perfectly normal. It's a thing called DFCO (decelaration fuel cut off).
