I have an 02 3.8L Impala. At WOT the car won't downshift and falls on it's face. I replaced the fuel filter, but nothing changed. I changed the plugs, wires and coil packs, and no change. I have 44 PSI at idle and 58 PSI at WOT. I think the fuel pump may be weak. Does anyone know what the fuel pressure SHOULD be at WOT on an 02 Impala?
