02 sensor?

Im going through my new car and trying to get her running in tip top shape. After finding 2 vacuum leaks, the car starts like it should now, but it still has a pretty rough idle before she gets warmed up, and if you touch the gas it has slight hiccup, but only when cold.

The car does not have a cat on it. I have had a few cars with no cats over the yrs, but this one smells VERY rich!!!!!

Could this be from a bad 02? Im going to be replacing the plugs and wires soon too.

I guess it could be... but it could also be about 500 other things too.

What kind of tools do you have to read the computer?
