'09' Nissan GT-R "Twin Turbo V6"

Has anybody read up on this Supercar Nissan has developed coming out?

Actually, I have a good friend back home who is #2 on the put a deposit down list. The kicker is, there are going to have very low production numbers to start and not all dealerships are going to get allocations. All GT-Rs sold in the US will be left hand drive, not to worry about that. The other beauty of this car is, the factory setup can be tuned to make 500hp with just bolt ons. 11.70s bone stock ain't too shabby in my book. If I had the coin, I would buy one in a second.

10 second time slips should be a breeze with the new Godzilla.

Do you or anyone know how much these cars are going for? How much $$$

I noticed a few movie stars already have dibs on them....

Well, they are saying that those first 1500 that put down deposits will be able to get them for sticker and no mark up, but we will see.
Sticker on the base model is currently $65,995.00 and the EVO model GTR upwards of $79,995.00. The EVO model will be an all out track only version of the GTR with tons of carbon fiber and more power.

Just too recap some of the high notes:
- 0-60 mph 3.3 secs
- 11.60 @ 121 mph 1/4 mile
60-0 braking in 104 ft
72.9 mph slalom

Activate the launch control, flat foot brake on a two step 4500 rpm launch and BAM!!
All this performance and the power is turned down for pump gas.
Now, imagine what this car will do with some ET drag radials, pouring in some 100 octane, a few psi of boost and a couple degrees of timing.
This car will be the new king of the street off the showroom floor.
