I have installed an art carr hi tech? valve body kit and the wot 1-2 shift is way too high 5800 rpm.2-3 shift is fine at 5100 and I can shift it manually at 5100 and driving around town it shifts fine. any ideas guys

The orange spring in the AC kit can do this at times. You could change back to the original short TV spring, or clip a couple coils off the AC spring.
Personally, I would clip the spring as I prefer the slightly longer part throttle shift timing.
