Ordered a 1" plenum spacer from Cottons a few weeks back. Took a little longer than I would have liked because they were waiting on a shipment from Champion but, called a couple times and someone was always courteous and helpful over the phone. Looking forward to purchasing more in the future! This will be a good rainy weekend to install that plenum spacer too...
