SignUp Now!I picked up a 204/214 for the new motor and was just wondering what the theory behind this pattern is? I have done some reading on it but most seem to like the cams like 214/210 and 212/212 so it has me a littleOriginally posted by BigDaddy
We think the biggest factor for making the HP with his car is the new John Craig turbo and the billet roller comp cam (218-224)........the turbo is a stock 86/87 housing with the 85 adaptor neck welded on. John said it had the largest wheels he could possibly put in that housing without breakink thru. I run a 70 turbo on my 86 and dad's exhaust wheel is a helluva lot bigger than mine.and if I remember correctly the compressor wheel is a 66..but I'm not real sure....Dad was driving........until 2morrow when I'll stick my size 15 on the throttle and try to shove it thru the floorboard.........
