109 block empty weight?

I'm curious to find out how much an original all empty 109 block weighs?

I believe it to be around 125 lbs.

We weighed mine, but I can't recall what it was. Around 125lb sounds about right. I know the one I took was the heaviest of the 10 we tested.

Thanks guys, should have weight mine when I had it all blueprinted years ago but forgot ... all I remember when moving it around was that it was not overly heavy to lift on my own.

I weighed my block w/o main caps and it came in @ 123. I had to see what the weight was, because I could carry the block with relative ease. I was kinda of bummed when I found out the weight. Because it sounds impressive to say I carried an engine block.
