140 amp alternator upgrade wiring

Ok I got the bracket , clocked the alternator , got the pigtail and that's where I'm stuck I got a green wire and a black wire coming from harness how do I wire it to the pig tail? Red black and brown wires?

I did this upgrade to my car. It gets tricky because you have to run a diode on one of the wires.
