160* thermostat and emmissions.......

Anyone running a 160 thermostat and passed emmissions? I know it will effect emmissions. Attempting to put my car back together to pass emmissions.........thermostat housing leaking, Wanted to put one in but if it will keep me from passing I need to wait. Thanks, Kevin

I had no catalityc converter and 160' thermostat and passed the emission here in TX. This is on a HOT AIR.

I was running one I got from Hypertech along with their chip, and my T would get great numbers on the sniffer test. I was running the stock cat as well. Never had a problem.
