16x8 gnX/gta rims?

I know this isnt the right place to post this,but I need a QUICK respond.There's a set of MINT gta rims for $300.00,but they all say fronts only,can I use them?Thats one hell of a deal .There at a local tire shop outside,they wont be there long!ThanX in advance
