1979 - 2WD CHEVY BLAZER
350cid SBC with Skat Stroker Crank making it a 383cid engine, Edelbrock Intake, 750 Holley w/ electric choke, Shorty Headers, Mild Cam and Stock Heads. Built by JETT Marine in 2001 with 46K on the speedo.
The Turbo 350 transmission with shift kit was built by Adolph's in Glendale with 49K on the speedo.
The odometer has turned over, adding 100K to the chassis and it now shows 59K. So that is 159K on the chassis, 16K and 13K on the rebuild of engine and trans, respectively.
It has Power Steering, Brakes, Windows and Locks -- It has A/C.
It has a Removable Hard top, the top has never been removed.
It has Edelbrock shocks all the way around, replaced when the engine was rebuilt. Brakes are less than 15K old.
Lots of extras. See pics.
Shift indicator has been set up for an overdrive trans, but I never got around to swapping in a 3 speed overdrive. The good thing is, it's not difficult and will be a nice upgrade and now you're all set to make it happen.
I have a ton of new and used parts for this truck that will be included in the sale. I mean a whole bunch of stuff.
The paint is 9.5 out of 10, Interior is 8.5 out of 10
There are very few of these trucks on the market. Right now there aren't any that are equal to this caliber. It's a great truck.
No, it isn't perfect.
Yes, there are a several little things that could use some attention and a buyer could attempt to pick those things apart. But here's the deal, all those little things are a part of buying a 37 year old vehicle. I invite you to go find a better example for the same price. The truck is just plain solid.
I won't haggle on the price. Come look at it.
Every time I drive this truck I ask myself, "Why do I want to sell this thing?" and then I remember. I have too many cars and I just don't have the time to pay proper attention to this one anymore but damn, she's just a really nice truck.
