1981 3.8 oiling system

I was wondering what if anything should be done to upgrade the oiling system. Im very new to buicks and there inner workings. I have read before that the buick oiling system isnt that great. I never understood why or what the causes are.

No need to do anything if you do not have a problem.

The "rumors" about Buick oiling systems not being so great are from those that were not familiar with how to deal with them.

We have many stock oiling systems doing fine in lots of Buicks.
