Engine runs rough stalls when cold and when warmed up. Loss of power what could be the problem and who should I have fix it

Anything could be the issue with what info you have posted. Is the engine stock? Have you performed any maintenance on ignition and fuel system?
Your in Pittsburgh area, several members are are round that way but with EFI knowledge.
I'm just south of Pittsburgh, around Morgantown WV.

thanks , the engine is stock and the vehicle and engine have 41,000 miles . i might have to narrow things down probably one at a time . i thought there might be a quicker way to diagnose the problem .
