Any rust underneith on frame or floor pans? Does the car have any modifications?

Only mods is k&n intake and filter......just small surface rust under the car nothing bad, no holes in the floor pans....

Wanted to mention I have the original window sticker lamanated to go with the car...I don't want to sale but will be moving out of state for new job....and law school.....so it's got to go.....
