1986 T-Top rear interior, light trim removal?

Hi Guys I am looking to install LED light to replace the old ones in the rear back seat. I don’t want to break the old light trims. Anyone know if they just pop off Crome trim and lens? Or do I need to remove the panel on each side?

I started a similar thread, not much information on this.

Use a small flat blade screwdriver and LIGHTLY pry between the bezel and the lens.
The lens will pop right off.
Just be gentle.

Exactly. Pry the blade toward the lens. It will release it from the bezel.
The lens is slightly pliable, the bezel is not. Be careful, the lens may be a bit brittle from age.
