it looks like a limited badge just behind the rear glass quarter
maybe 87 turbo T 's came with that on them but the ones I've seen with that badge had bench seat and column shift

Gotcha. The square blue badge is not specifically for limited. I had a non-limited with all the chrome trim with bench seat/column shift and it had that badge. It looked like a limited, but was not. Seller may have to confirm but I don't think this is a limited either.

Possibly. Looks like that emblem only came on certain cars and only in 87. Seems it was mostly used on non-turbo cars, but several turbo cars received it as well and not sure what options or how/why they received it. Here is the info from Kirban's book about it.
