Whatever the chip tells it to be... typically 18-23 deg. btdc..

It's all in the chip. You can't adjust it so don't even try.

Not really.

Nothing is adjustable on the crank sensor as far as timing. You can only slide it in or out to set clearance for the interrupter ring.
