YAY!

I just turned 30 and I got a nice Birthday check from my aprents, how nice of them! I'll have around 1,200 to play with. I was only expecting a hundred, if that...

As soon as the check is in the bank, I'm ordering a Translator, LS1 MAF and the adapter coupler. I want it running by this time next month!

Don't forget the alky and TT chip!

Been years since I've been to Iriquois Point- used to live over in the AMR below Tripler. Bummer that they closed down Campbell Raceway Park.....

Yeah, I was going to take my TTA to the track before it closed just to see how it would do, but the MAF died. Then the track died, grrr. There are some nice pipe-dream ideas for getting another track built, but until I see ground being cut and paved, it's all pie in the sky for now.

Autocross and drift guys can go to Aloha Stadium's lower parking lot to get their speed fix, though...

My wife grew up in AMR for a few years, her dad was a career Marine.

Hey, Lee,

The only decision on a road trip in Hawaii is....

Clockwise or Counter-Clockwise?

In about 4 hours, you're back more or less where you started.....kinda makes you feel like a hamster in the big steel wheel.......

Counter-clockwise, definitly. Get Waianae out of the way early...

I have to add a battery to the mist of things to get, it doens't want to hold a charge anymore. I had to jump it a month ago, and it was totally dead yesterday afternoon. Runs great, just have to tap the MAF every now and again to keep it idling smooth. Maybe I'll rig a cable up to teh driver's seat so I can yank on it and a little arm will tap the MAF when I pull on it, screw getting a new MAF, right? :p

I ordered some goodies - LS1 MAF, Translator and Scanmaster. I'm hoping to have some stuff to play with this weekend.

I have another 400 bucks to spend, looking to get a knock gauge, vac/boost gauge and a double A-pillar pod. Considering a test pipe, too.
