1st time trying Turbolink, Won't work

Tried Tlink today for my first time, No luck. When I got to connect my cable is detected, then I can't get any communicaton from the ECM. ?? My Tlink modual is lit up when my cable is detected then the LED light goes out when my ECM is not detected??? I have no freakin idea? Can anyone help? This is V3.0

you have windows XP? I had the a simular problem when i got my T-link I called Ken at turbo link place where i got it from and he told me what do to get the thing working. The Phone no. is on the web sight. It was very helpfull
