20 inch rims

Yeah, I'd have to say in my short time on this board I've learned a couple of things
A:Turbo buick owners on this board are some of the most one-sided opinionated people in the world

B:Some things you just don't talk about on this board(20" rims, blow off valves and racing your TR any other way than in a straight line for an 1/8th or 1/4 mile at a time)

Allthough, you did post this in a technical forum (not the lounge) and didn't ask for opinion just technical info.

I say do what you want and it's not like you can't go back if YOU don't like it. I have seen 20's on regals a lot and you didn't say whether or not your car is lowered or not or if thats in your future plans. You may wind up with a larger overall dia. tire and throw off your speedo, but that's all.

what im saying is that if you are gonna put 20's on your car why didnt you just get something with out the performance because putting 20's on a turbo buick really hurts its performance, its not like turbo buick owners dont like to look good, but it's the fact that they dont look good, know on a 96 impala or 87 cutlass 20's will look really nice,

Buy two sets. You'll need the extra wheels when you bend them hitting potholes.

And get extra brake pads. Spinning down 100lbs per corner isn't exactly easy on brakes. Expect to cut your pad change interval in half, and you'll probably toast rotors yearly.

Beyond that, yes, they'll fit.

Yeah, let this thread die. If he wants 20 inch rims, so be it, it's his personal taste. There are a lot of cars out there with ridiculous rims, outrageous body kits, and silly spoilers. I just ignore them. As long as they are happy...
