Nice engine, and can be bored as it's a iron block. Almost all the usual HIPO LS parts work.
Ft accessories are up higher than the F body or Vette accesories.
Intake is a "dead player" at about 5500, N/A.
We have 1 w/ heads/cam, CAI... Well over 300RW, thru the stock exh manifolds.
Any of these engines needs a set of ARP fasteners at all the hi stress points.
The stock PCM is a fantastic control system! Can be tuned w/ EFI LIVE.
Use a 4L80 trans, and puff some air in it!
DBW is neat, too. No more throttle cables to mess with.
