What do you guys think about this car? I think it's really neat! Runs about the same times as a stock GN with a four cylinder! Also rear wheel driven.

I like them alot... much better than the Pontiac version in styling.

If I was looking for a 2 seater, that'd be the one for me. Affordable too.

I was looking at one for the wife. Absolutely no trunk room...even with the top up. Manual roof. Those two things steered me away. Other than that they are really cool cars. Honda S2000 is a far better car IMO. Or, find a nice used C5 Corvette for about the same price.

I was reading about a performance company ( i forget which one) in a magazine, and they dropped an ls2 in a solstice. i imagine the same could be done for the sky, since it's the same platform. I'd buy the base model sky and do the swap, and have a quick little car, that in my opinion, is the best looking thing in GM's lineup right now.

Mallet does this.

I like them, the Sky closer resembles the Opel it came from. I wish GM would have just brought the Speedster over but who am I?

This is such a nice looking car though. Rear engine, rear drive.

My mom just bought an '08 Redline Sky in white about two weeks ago. I got home last week for Thanksgiving and of course took it out for a proper 'break in'. I must say that little car is something else. Kinda reminds me of sitting in a C3 Vette the way the hood is from inside the car. Car handles very well and I was impressed with the build of the car too, it's pretty quick too. They're supposed to be about where a stock turbo buick would be stock too, not too bad from a Saturn! Awesome car though, I would buy one for myself for sure.

29-32K depending on how you option it.

That's for the RedLine version;) Standard version is cheaper

Turbo, 4 banger (stock block can handle over 1600 hp), lightweight, sounds like a fun car. Add an alky kit and crank up the boost another 10lbs and I bet its a blast.

they have a neat engine 2.0L turbo with direct injection. they sound cool when they fire up cold due to the direct injections high fuel press.... around 2,000psi I believe at the combustion chamber. They are hell to work on though. I avoid them at all times when they come in for service at my dealer.
