200r4 did they come in all GN's

200r4 did they come in all GN's? I called up jegs and they said they have 84-87 Gn listed as having 700r4? SO which one do Gn come with stock?

ALL Turbo Regals from 1983 on have the 2004R.

I thought it was from 84 on??? I thought the 83 and earlier turbo Regals were TH350's???

i had a 83 t type and it had a 4 speed od trans. i guess its a 200. and im sure the 84/87 had 200's in them.

FYI

I believe all 83's to 87's had the 200R4's in them. 83 was the first year they introduced the O/D transmission. My ol 82 sport coupe had the TH350. I believe Jegs is incorrect on the 700R4, as those are what the camaro's used. From what i've heard, the 700R4 cannot work with the buick engine, as the bolt patterns are different on the transmission housing. Correct me if im wrong guys.

You're right, a 700 will not bolt up to the Buick RWD blocks. On another note, I believe it bolts right up to the FWD blocks.
