Will these fit in the rear with a 275/30/20?

Also will a 18x7 fit with 4.5" backspacing for the front?

No, not even close. You would need a serious frame notch. Im going with 18x10 with 5.5 and I will need some serious work as well.

I have 20x 10 and I have 5.25 after the 1" spacers I run (I have 6.25 bs wheels) mine fit w/ 3/8 " off the frame....and I rub the lips barely, but an hour w/ a ziz wheel will have that fixed.. I was told 10" needed 4.75" BS, for me that was not even close....that'd be WAY to far out. BTW, I have 275/30-20s on the rear .
18x7 will fit w/ 4.5...7" is so narrow you have a lot of tolerance.

so with the 4.75 bs will the wheel stick out to far?

and do you have any pictures of your setup?

A 4.75 would be way to far out on my car IMPORTANT NOTE I FORGOT... I have rear disc conversion!! SO a 4.75 may work for you....I totally forgot about that. My bad..... a 4.75 BS is supposed to fit right w/ 10" and rear OEM drums
below is a pic of mine.....there was a thread not so long ago w/ all the specs.
