Im going to put a set of these on my stock rims, will everything fit and clear the wheel wells, I live in a place where the roads suck. SO if I need to trim the fender lip I would like to do it now before I cut my tires up.. Thanks

my friend with an 87 had no problems at all but hes got airbags and a snubber if that matters or not

Rubs

I have a 275/60-15 and everyonce in a while they rub under heavy load. Or when my car slides sideways then grabs. But I have stock suspension.

I put 255/60 on stock rims several years ago and they didn't fit at all. Lots of cutting up front. Probably varies from car to car and suspension to suspension.

I have 255x60R15's on stock GN wheels with absolutely no rubbing. This of course is on the rear and not the front of the car. I've had 275x60R15's on stock wheels (rears) that would make very slight contact on the frame rails when taking hard corners. Not enough to do any damage....just enough to "wipe" the dirt off the inner sidewalls....;)
