3.5 Granatelli MAF

A friend of mine with an LS1 has one he wants to get rid of cheap. I seem to remember the changes made to this MAF don't respond well with the TRANS + on the buick. (calibration is out of whack for a turbo car).

has anyone tried one of these on a turbo buick??? they are a rip off for the price, but he has his for a "give away" price and has returned to a stock 3.5 LS1 MAF as it leaned his car out a bit.

TIA for any thoughts, he only wants $50 for it.

Id stay away from it. It you already have a 3.5" MAF you will probably never out flow that, let alone needing the Granatelli. I agree I think these are the most overpriced bolt ons I've ever seen.

Also if it couldnt make the car it was designed for run better, there is no way it will make a TR run better.
