3.8 FWD and 3.8 RWD

i was wondering if the mounts for the FWD 3.8 are the same as the ones for the RWD 3.8. reason im asking is because i have a 3.8 in my chevette and i was wondering if i could use the existing motor mounts. i know ill have to use a different tranny but if the motor mounts were the same that would save me some fab work.

What 3.8 do you have the 229 or the 231?
