3.8 Regal Motor Into Cutlass?

Howdy all is it possible to put my n/a v6 motor/tranny in a cutlass
without modifications - the motor has 75,000 miles on it and runs good (its NON turbo)

I believe that is the engine that came in the 80's cutlass, so it shouldn't really be a problem.
