How much does a 3.8 complete weight, no trans just engine,starter,alt. Looking to be putting it in something. Need to know how much it weights.

i read somewhere 430lbs give or take 20!

That's probably about right with the turbo and all the accessories. Without the turbo and accessories they aren't very heavy for an engine.
