3 bolt to 4 bolt conversion?

Does anyone make a 3 bolt to 4 bolt flange to use a 4 bolt turbo on stock headers? I have access to a 4 bolt turbo but use stock headers. Ideas?

I dont know who made mine but I know they exsist, I could make a pattern for you if you needed.

Mine fit perfectly. Just remember that it's one more interface to seal and one more thing to leak.
