3" catalytic converter

Anyone know where I can find a 3" catalytic converter for TR customs exhaust? I can't find a way around not running one since I have to take emissions for two more years

Here's another idea:

a high flow metal matrix catalytic convertor. Just need to weld on a 4 bolt flange on one end
