3" catalytic conveter question

I have a ATR 3" down pipe and the hooker exhaust, were can i find a 3" cat thats about 16" long with a 4 bolt flange to bolt up to the exhaust? I've checked summit and jegs and i can find a cat that will work but does have the 4 bolt flange.

The Random Tech. cat. is 15" long and 3" dia.

They have a GN/GM spec. 4 bolt one.

I'm using the ATR 3" cat and I was able to pass dyno emissions easily with Lucas 37 lb injectors and extender chip installed. I would think you would be able to find a few at vendors since most people don't like to use cats.
