Had this made when my car was at cottons. Used it for about 100 miles if that then removed it because the motor killed itself. 3" and external wastegate provision. I believe it is mild or aluminized steel.
Comes with a 3" stainless v-band kit for quick and easy installation and removal.

This is for an external waste gate. What do you mean test pipe? It's 3" you'll have to connect to you're exhaust with 3" or a reducing fitting.
