Dan, I honestly dont remember. I had it for sale 2 times. The first time i had to keep it because the 3 1/2 down pipe i bought didnt fit with my headers and i ended up welding the 3" back in. Then I got someone to fabricate it to make it fit and I advertised it again when I ordered my 3 1/2" cutout but I couldnt sell it until the new one came because i didnt want to remove the wiring so when the new one came i just swapped the cutout in the box and the switch and wiring is all new just the cutout is used. The only guy I remember saying they wanted it for the price im asking was nailhead but I sent him pics and never heard back.

I'm pretty sure it is, cause I remember the problems you were having with the 3.5" downpipe not fitting. But since my pm's are gone...
I will take it if it's still available.
