3 inch downpipe to clear kenne bell headers. Have trade!

i am looking for an external downpipe with the gate. I have a MAFT PRO with all appropriate wiring and 3 bar

I have a 3" Downpipe with external gate, not sure if it will fit with the kenne bell headers, it might because this is an old school Downpipe
