3 million for an Oldsmobile concept car

Did you see the Oldsmobile concept car that sold for 3 Million on Barrett Jackson. The guy in the Ferrari hat has bought 3 cars now for a total of 3,600,000.

The guy that bought those cars was buying for a museum, so it wasn't his personal money that bought them.

It would be fun to do that though even if it wasn't your own money, I guess thats why he was crying.

That's what I thought, nothing special that was for sure, maybe even less tweaks than a Vette of that era.

It was a one off concept that GM somehow let get away. It was a '54. It was actually better than the vette, it actually had a V8 instead of the blue flame 6.

The bulk of funding for most museums comes from donations. But, you are right... it would take a LOT of admissions
