I hate to tell you that your down pipe will NOT clear ATR headers I have The same downpipe and it does not even come close ATR made 2 versions of your downpipe 1 for stock headers and 1 for ATR headers you can look at some pics that I posted a few days ago in the general section under TR custom headers ...

You maybe right. This is the dp I ordered from them when they were open. This from there last catalog.
