3" test pipe

Need a test pipe in 3 inch to get rid of the clogged cat anyone have one ready to put in? Thanks!

I have a hollowed out 3" stainless cat, or I have a 3" test pipe with dump tube. Do you know the length you need? The cat I have is 14 inches, and the dump is 11-1/4".
