3" to 2 3/4" turbo to intercooler hose

My GN started running like junk today... it wouldn't launch without falling flat on it's face & when it did get going it was popping & slow!!!
Limped home & started checking hoses & found 2 tears in the turbo to intercooler hose...both tears about an inch long & looked to be caused by the edge of the clamps(one tear by the intercooler clamp & one tear by the turbo clamp). Both tears were gapped open..
So first of all, where can I buy a good quality 3" to 2 3/4" adapter hose & do you think that's what the problem with the car was, because I sure hope that was it!!!

I went to a diesel truck wrecking yard & found some turbo hose that worked great & was priced great...

I don't think 3" to 2.75" is a standard size for most vendors and is what I needed once for my custom up pipe on the GN.

Both places listed have that size and more.
