The thing is, proper atomization of the alcohol [and/or water] is the key. This is accomplished by pressure (a capable pump) and a good [misting] nozzle.
What your talking about is simple to do and in theory sounds great, [in reality] it wont yield the benefit your looking for, and wont really work on our cars.
Take a tank for the alky. Plumb a boost source (vac line from engine) to the top of it (gonna need a check valve so wont try to siphon under vaccum) to pressurize the tank. Tank has to be able to withstand whatever pressure (how much boost) your running. From the tank [bottom] run a line to after the turbo (intake adaptor/intake). Here because of the nature of the hotair setup (TB before turbo), you need a solenoid that will switch on when your under boost (so youll need one of those darn hobbs switches too). This will let the alky flow only when needed under boost, and not just drinking it under vaccum. Okay, job isnt difficult at all, right?............. Lets say you run 20psi boost. So the alky tank is pressurized 20psi. Hobbs switch clicks on (set to switch at pre-designated boost amt) and triggers the solenoid-valve to open under boost so alky can flow, but.... is the alky going to go anywhere? Intake is also pressurized with the same [20psi] that is trying to push the alky. Forget it, gotta add a pump to the picture, which then youve got a DIY alky kit

The simple siphoning idea works under vaccum, but weve got to deal with boost.
Dont waste your time. Give Julio aka Razor a call if nothing else just for some insight. He will have no problem helping you out with deciding what you want to do with no obligation to buy anything. Money is not why he started making his own kits. It was because no one else was pushing the technology forward (someone had to do it).

Hmmm...weren't these cars supposed to come with alky from the factory ( I know they didn't...but I thought they had the hookups). What way was that run?
The idea or water injection was obviously kicked around. No provisions were really gone through with to any real extent. We do have a idiot light in the dash though

. Want to know what they ultimately decided to do instead....... intercooler

We [hotair] guys/gals are just so stubborn

but hey, the intercooler guys benefit from alky/water too. IMO we probably benefit even more than they do.
Good luck
