I've been looking at two art carr 9" n/l converters for sale on this board. One is 3000 other 3200. Which would be best for a te-60 and is a n/l ok for everyday use and how will it effect driveability? I'm hoping to upgrade the turbo soon to a BB65 or BB70, will I still have enough converter for one of these turbos? TIA

In my very uneducated view, if you wish to drive the car on the street and have any ability to drive the freeways with comfort to the engine, you need a lock up. Many would even argue you need it for the strip also. You also will be needing to install a non lock valve in the trans if you install a non lock convertor.
