3in boost activated exhaust cutouts

just took this cutout out of my car and works fine. the valve begins to open aroun 4-5 psi and is fully open by 9-10 psi. the valve is 3 in in diameter and is mounted to a 2.5 inch y pipe with a reduction.

does that diaphragm just mount a vacuum/boost source? I may be interested.

Yeah any vacuum/boost source will work

So the straight through pipe is 3" and the part that "Ys" off is 2.5" an what are the gaskets and plate for? In case the user doesn't want to use it any more?

The y pipe is 2.5" at all ends, the valve that opens is 3" and it has a reduction to fit the 2.5" pipe. The other parts shown came with the y pipe, one is an extra flange and the other is to block it off completely.
