4.1 block

I just found a 4.1 engine in a 1983 LeSabre with a 4B carb. Is this what people are using to rebuild for the turbo regals? How could I find out more info?

I don't know about the block, but the crank in that block is the correct crank. From what I understand the 3.8 block is a little stronger.
