Howdy,
I'm building a twin turbo 4.1L and the time has come to start thinking about a cam. The car will probably see about 50-70% streettime so I want to run about a 2200-2400 converter on the TH400 to start with, we'll see later when I step upto a TH200-4R, by then I might want more cam anyway. I will be running a pair of turbos off of Ford manual trans 2.3L OHC I4's from the early 80's (basically the same thing as stock GN peices) at 26-30 psi with twin front mount intercoolers, alky injection and probably 60# injectors since I don't really want to mod my ECM. The heads will be home ported and I will be running Comp Cams LS6 replacement beehives with Ti retainers. I can't afford a roller at this time so I'll have to stick to hydrallic flat tappet. What cam should I run if I'm wanting this thing to be able to push roll bar territory?
Thanks,
