the pic in the OP definitely does not look like that leather clad Cavalier..

i'll go with the Dodge Diplomat vote... they were used as cop cars in the 80's, and were decent performers once you ditched all the "lean burn" crap on the 318 and found a way to increase the compression ratio above 7.5:1...
