400 turbo ??

Is there any mod that I can do to my 400 turbo trans ,, When you hold it in first and try to hold it is shifts on its own ,, Just as its makeing power it shifts,,, Can I fix this with out putting a man vavle body in it,,,????? It in my truck not the buick,,,,

Transgo kit it. That will work.

If not in your game plan, then heres what you do. Cut 1-2 shift valve land off. Then plug exhaust hole in VB with plug. DONE!

you can also take weight off the governor or put weights on it from a 700r4 4wd with the inner triangle style weights if you dont want to drop the valvebody or pan.this will give you another 1500 plus rpm in manual low.

Parts are N/C. I have plenty of both size

valves {depends on the valve body 1-2 shift valve bore size}. I'll bring the vb gaskets, valves,and plug. If you have the valve body out we can install the parts while i'm in town or i can bring the instructions. Email me at mridings@ford.com
