4160 Holley help?

Can anyone help me out with a Holly 4160 Marine carb? I need it rebuilt by someone that knows what they are doing. It goes on a 1986 Ski Nautique2001, with a 351W engine. I had it rebuilt last year and he did not do a very good job! thanks a lot - John
