TCI PRO SUPER KIT

incluse gaskets,seal kit, pan gasket (re-usable type) new friction clutch, steel plate,bands,H.V. filter and a drain plug kit.
there is also a MASTER RACING OVERHAUL KIT

I will also want to up-grand the four (4) gear plantary to the five (5) gear one. you will also have to change the forward drum with trust bearing. I believe the GM truck series comes with the five gear plantary.

i rebuilt the 4l60E in my 3/4ton 4x4 chevy. i had lost 2nd and 4th gear. the band basically couldnt hold the drum and smoked itself. i bought this kit if i remember correctly..# HP35004R-K

i also used a corvette servo, 13 vane pump, and # N74020C
Band 700 / 4L60E Power Band - Red Eagle
New band Alto Red Eagle Power Band 60% thicker band anchor for HD use 2 5/8 inch wide...info->
i also used a transgo reprogramming kit. the trans shifts crisp but not harsh under part throttle. i bought the atsg manual and did it myself. its not really hard. i dont know if i had the 5 pinion planetary or not. cant remember. hope this helps, jeremy

give me a ring .i can set you up with the parts and tech to get it done right.heat treated reaction shaft with bearing ,five pinion front and rear carriers,billet output shaft,8 pack direct clutch with 106" steels,valve body kit,alto wide band,bushings etc.
