4l80e swap for 700r4 in a Syclone

I know on a GN there are some modifications to be had such as the cross member and such but on a Syclone is it a direct swap or are there modification to be had as well?

Actually I meant replacing the 700r4 with a 4l80e is what I meant. Does it drop in or are their modifications as well?

no it doesnt . i make a transfer case adapter plate and output shaft to get it in and you havee to shorten the rear shaft and lengthen the front one.

Anything involving these toyz is pricey. I could have paid my house off with the money I spend over the last 5 years on these money pits. Kinda always wated a Sy but will probably get another GN. I'll change my mind a dozen times before I buy my next one anyway.....

Got a friend that 700 ish hp that's been through two trannies...now has a 4wd transfer case.
